Land Grading
Most wet basements and soggy yards in this area are grading problems, not plumbing problems. Ground that has settled toward the house sends every rainfall straight at the foundation, and no amount of interior work fixes that from the inside. Grading reshapes the soil so water runs away from the building and off the lawn. It is also the first step before sod, patios or concrete, because everything after it inherits the grade.

Why Grading Comes First
Water Away From the House
Positive slope away from the foundation, which is where most basement water problems actually start.
Fixes Settled Ground
Soil settles over the years, especially around newer builds. Regrading resets the pitch.
Base for Everything Else
Sod, patios and concrete all sit on the grade. Getting it right first prevents redoing them later.
Usable Yard Again
No more low spot that stays soft for days and cannot be mowed after rain.

Our Process
Watch the Water
